Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout when you complete your order.

During promotional periods or when there is a higher volume of orders, normal delivery times may be extended by up to 2 more business days.

After payment is successfully completed, the customer will receive an email confirming their purchase. At this time the order begins to be processed.

Returns

The return of the item ALWAYS depends on it being in the exact condition in which it was sold (original packaging, unopened, without any defects, tamper evident seal not broken if applicable, scratches or signs of use).

The return must be made to our address via shipping method with tracking number and shipping costs are assumed by the Customer.

The refund will be made via a purchase voucher.

ERROR of the item received

If you received a different item from the one you ordered, we sincerely apologize.

To exchange the item, please contact us using the contact form to start the process, indicating:

a) Name

b) Order number

c) Contact email

d) Address for receiving the item ordered

e) Identification of the item received

f) Indication of the intended intention (exchange, replacement or return)

g) IBAN or Mbway contact for reimbursement of postage costs incurred in returning the item received (upon proof of payment)

Once the item has been received in the same conditions in which it was sent, we will proceed to dispatch the correct item to the address indicated in the Customer's email

DEFECT in the item received

If you have received a defective item, we sincerely apologize.

Returns, exchanges or repairs are processed under general terms.

However, we will also reimburse the postage costs incurred in returning the item to our address, provided that this is proven by the respective proof of payment and by indicating the IBAN or MBWAY.

To return or request a replacement item, please contact us using the contact form to start the process, indicating:

a) Name

b) Order number

c) Contact email

d) Address for receiving the item ordered

e) Identification of the item received

f) Indication of the intended intention (exchange, replacement or return)

g) IBAN or Mbway contact for reimbursement of postage costs incurred in returning the item received (upon proof of payment)

Once the item has been received in the same conditions in which it was sent, we will proceed to dispatch the correct or replacement item to the address indicated in the Customer's email or, if this is the Customer's option, to refund the amounts initially paid by the Customer.
